Multiple-Layer conveyor Dryer

The multiple-layer conveyor is designed with a circulating layer and a drying layer so as to save space. Stirring with multiple layers helps to evenly dry materials so as to ensure quality. The rotating speed of conveyor and windmill for warm-up is controlled by a frequency converter at continuously variable speed. The heat resources left at site, diesel, steam, electric heat or de-moisture by cooling are several methods available based on customer¡¦s requirements.

Temperature range: room temperature ~ +200^o C (the temperature sensor is at the air outlet.)

Thermo control: knob control and digital display

Air channel design: strong fan wheel is adopted. The strong air sucking mechanism creates the most even distribution of temperature. It runs quietly.

Material inlet and outlet: the output by continuous material inlet and outlet is greater than that by lot. The system can be connected with an automatic production line so as to save labors.
